I am a hairdresser. It's not what I do for a living. It's who I am. 

In the 18 years that I have been making the world a more beautiful place, I have had many titles: Young Upstart; Passionate Newbie; Young Businesswoman; Accomplished Colorist; Small Business Owner. Then I became a Regional Platform Artist for Redken, traveling all over the Western United States to teach advanced color and business skills to others in my industry.

But no matter what, for me it's about the hair. It's about how much I love making a woman stand a bit taller when she leaves. Giving her a place to feel heard and cared for. Having her look in the mirror and smile at what she sees.
